Nationwide Nomination

Fenexity has made it to the second phase of the renowned "Startup Competition - Digital Innovations" of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK)! This competition supports innovative digital business ideas with potential for market readiness – particularly in areas such as energy economics, mobility, and digitalization. The basis for the nomination was an extensive 12-page concept paper convincingly presenting Fenexity's innovative power and market potential. Our approach: a software solution that connects fleet management, intelligent charging management, and energy markets. Through digital optimization, charging processes can be dynamically adjusted to reduce energy costs and improve the grid integration of e-fleets. This not only saves costs for fleet operators in public transport and logistics but also actively contributes to the transportation transition. The BMWK jury particularly appreciated the enormous savings potential resulting from the smart connection of charging strategies and electricity market mechanisms. This recognition confirms the need for intelligent solutions for the increasing electrification of bus and truck fleets in Germany and Europe. The startup competition offers not only financial support but also valuable mentoring, coaching, and a strong network for startups.
